Is it by any chance in an area between Second Road and Beach Road and towards the Walking Street end of those roads?

Towards the 2nd road end of Pattaya Walk. At least,  I thinks that's what it's called. Has Bkk bank and a 7-11 at Beach road end, various tat market stalls up the middle, with various massage places on either side, and I think a GC....

If you're walking from Beach Raod to 2nd road, it does a bit of a kink to the right and there's a old cave-like empty building on the right.

Of course, I'm probably wrong on all accounts!

You got it. It's listed on Google Maps as Puppet Theatre. I tried finding what it was called when it first opened, but came up blank.
