The 120-square-foot main room features a shower and a wooden sleeping platform suspended by chains above a toilet. The sink? It’s in the backyard shed — sorry, the “bonus room” — which has a similar sleeping setup to the main room. The poster threatened to sue The Standard if we wrote about his listing. And, for better or for worse, the illegal unit is now off the market. Our bad. 1 2
