Do you have this app and, if so, are you having a problem with it?

I have used it for several years without major problems. But, recently, it has become unusable for me. I open the app and get this screen:

I don't wish to be tracked so I press "No, thanks". But it makes no difference, and I am trapped on that screen.

I've tried to report the problem to Krungsri, but have yet to find an appropriate email address to which an email is deliverable.

Are you using a VPN?

I used to get similar prompts on UK bookies websites when I was using Express VPN. Use Surfshack now no issues

It stays on that page simply because it says for you to continue using the app they need to track your location you have no choice if you want to use the app.

Thanks, but I don't read it that way.

I see no mention of continuing to use the app, only of getting a "better experience".

Yea i see you are correct but I am guessing that with out allowing tracking you will be unable to use that app

Marketing slang designed to make you feel better about something they're demanding you do in order to continue to use their app.
