I have used Lazada, whilst in Pattaya, with no problems at all, once I worked out how to show my address in a hybrid of English and Thai. I was looking at Amazon.com (USA) and noted some prices were significantly cheaper than on Amazon's UK site; some had free postage/package to Thailand. I simply wondered if anyone had used it and if so how do they rate it?

They seem to include an estimate for any tax and duty to be paid in Thailand so no hassle with customs or delivery companies holding on to stuff and blackmailing you to pay fees you weren't expecting. This is apparently common with regular shipments. Better still, they return any extra you've paid if the total charged comes to less. 1
