I'd expect at least 1 day closure for the funeral though, possibly longer. I'd be surprised if any arrangements lasted longer than that to be honest. 2 1
Stillearly Posted October 26, 2025 Posted October 26, 2025 The Black Pink concert went ahead in Bangkok , they asked the audience to wear black or white as a mark of respect Some fireworks displays have been cancelled for Loy Kratong , but the traditional ceremonies are still going ahead. .. So I expect things will be scaled back a little , but not effect things too much 5 1

I like my bright colours, but as I am staying in Bkk when I arrive, I have just swapped out 3 bright red shirts for some black and grey ones. 3 2

I'll be out about the next few days so will have more chance to check out what people are wearing. Monday's is the clean up day here. All the street food vendors, have to close and clean the pavements. Nearly all of them were in black this morning, with a couple of police watching on as normal. 3 1
