Popular Post Yesitisdakid Posted November 21, 2025 Popular Post Posted November 21, 2025 (edited) Well if you do this one might fit the bill. I was walking through market plaza Mall here in Hua Hin passed a Banana electronic shop and this phone happened to catch my eye. ZTE Nubla v70 So I spent some time examining it is a 1.6 quad core. 6 GB of RAM 128 GB of onboard storage and it will hold a memory card. The selfie camera is 8 megapixel the rear camera is 50 megapixel and it has a 2 megapixel macro camera. I was super impressed with the build quality it's a solid phone nice looking 6.7 inch display HD resolution it looked very good a 120 GHz refresh rate. Runs Android 15 which I believe is the latest water resistant dust resistant to ip54. It's a dual SIM phone I think maybe if you want to use the second Sim you could not use a memory card with it but I'm not for certain. A 6,000 mAh battery and 22 watt fast charging Comes with an 18-month warranty. The reviews I've read are okay the downside were not for heavy gamers and the camera in low light suffers no different than my xiaomi phones so that's not an issue knowing that going in. I've got three phones now and don't need one but I almost bought this damn phone just to play with it. The price 2999 baht. That's at the banana store it's available on Lazada as well. While you don't hear much about the phone itself Nubla the parent company ZTE has been around for quite a while doing research on them they're quite big in China. 90 US dollars would be worth a risk to me anyway if I was needing a phone. I might still buy the damn thing and I don't need one 😂 Edited November 21, 2025 by Yesitisdakid 2 2 5 1

Yesitisdakid Posted November 21, 2025 Author Posted November 21, 2025 (edited) This is a very good YouTube review of the three models they make in looking at the video of the three models it seems the cheapest model has the biggest battery the newest Android operating system as well. And as well it has the largest screen of any of the three models despite being the least expensive Edited November 21, 2025 by Yesitisdakid 2 1

Thought about the 5g, but (a) my sim is only a 3g sim, (I know a trip to a dtac shop would get me an upadated 5g sim) and a 3g sim wouldn't work on a 5g phone, (b) it was 2000b cheaper, (c) my uk phone is 5g but only works on 4g and is plenty fast enough for what I need. 2

You can't go wrong with Samsung it's pretty obvious but the value for the specifications on that phone that I posted are pretty amazing worth the risk I would think for $90 US. I've yet to own a 5G phone I can't see the benefit of it. At some point probably not in my lifetime 4G will be phased out and 5G will only be available of course it'll be second tier to what will probably become 6G we evolve 1 1
Yesitisdakid Posted November 21, 2025 Author Posted November 21, 2025 Of course for those who need the best of the best 1 2 1

Popular Post Yesitisdakid Posted November 22, 2025 Author Popular Post Posted November 22, 2025 Okay so I got this new phone set up took about an hour and then another hour to get all the apps and everything I needed where I wanted them. There was no blip in the system everything went very smoothly. The phone is very quick and I have 93 apps on it. It does not have an IR blaster which I'll miss because I like using it for remotes when I travel for the TV and the air conditioners makes life a little easier. It does have a separate AI camera that I found interesting to play with you can take photos and it has the Magic Eraser that can take things out of the photos kind of interesting to play with. I think it's becoming common on a lot of phones but I'm not sure if this price point. The fingerprint sensor is brilliant much better than the one I've had on my xiaomi phones it's very responsive. The phone handles two SIM cards as well as a SD card my xiaomi phones will hold one SD card and one sim card or two SIM cards and no SD so this is a plus as well. Well set up and played with it a while I just can't see any faults with it I'll use it as my regular number one phone for a month and see how I feel about it after that. I'm happy with the camera quality I put some photos up the one photo of the roof line and the next photo is zoomed two times Not sure you're going to find a phone anywhere near this one for $85 4 1 5

I wasn't referring to any fancy settings mate. Just whether it's on the maximum Megga pixel setting Many camera's default to a smaller Mp so that the file size is kept low. Those pictures will be much sharper, especially on zoom if there is a higher setting. Think that phone is capable of 50Mp. Edit, just did a bit of googling and it looks like the default setting on that model is 50Mp. Edited November 23, 2025 by boydeste

The photos are a lot better than I was expecting I still can't get over the fact they produce this phone for $85. It has the same or better specifications than my xiaomi that I love but I paid 6000 baht for or about 200 US. I'm not getting real excited about it just yet I'll see what happens in 30 days but the early use of it has been really really good we shall see 1 2
sakik2024 Posted November 23, 2025 Posted November 23, 2025 The phone arrived yesterday and it kicks ass. The only issue is getting used to the fingerprint reader on the side. 1 1
