This guy has caught a very shocking incident on Soi Buakhow with his  camera, would you mind your own business or take it straight to the police.

Many eye witnesses there. Assuming he wasn't carrying out any traffic offence while filming he should have present himself as a witness with the unedited video at the time.

My wife was telling me he is saying he is not scared of the police and he would wait for them.

could have ended up fatal, plus did that food cart lady sustain some damage to her cart, which is essentially her livelihood? - if so then that's additional cuntishness behaviour from the driver.

I'd have anonymously handed over the footage to the BiB and let them deal with it.

I think that's the same as my thoughts. Just handover the footage.

Not to be pedantic, while arguably being pedantic, an eyewitness is not the same as a "grass". The key difference is the nature of their relationship to the crime and criminals involved - or lack thereof of a relationship.

How could you do that? I would guess that they would demand your ID as a witness

Some folks are ok with travelling down Soi Bucky. That's cool and certainly their choice. I am not saying I will never walk down it again, but I try to avoid it whenever possible.

-----------

As far as the recording..... I would try to get an eyeball (from a safe distance so as not to clog things up) on the cop who looked like the primary accident investigator. After the dust settles and everyone goes their own way head down to the station and politely ask for the guy handling the case. They will ask you why. Just say you may have some information they may find useful. The cop may be busy (I would want to hand it to him directly), so you may have to wait a few.

When he gets to you tell him respectfully about the recording and can provide a copy. If he asks you your name tell him you would prefer to remain anonymous. He may get a little annoyed with this (because technically you are a witness). Typically cops working an accident don't stress much on evidence (they usually have things figured out fairly quickly based on each drivers statement and a couple of those who saw it) unless there is a serious injury or death (or one of the operators is shitfaced). He can always put in the report that a subject provided the recording but wished to remain anonymous.

BTW - I didn't watch much of the vid. Difficult for me to watch such things for me now.
