From ticketing, to check in, to boarding, to meal service, to de planing, 100% commitment to the product and to the customer by the Staff. Wife is going LHR-HKG-MNL return business class in December. I was having trouble booking online so called the Reservations and ticketing office who basically bent over backwards for us. I was having a 3 way conversation as Wifey was juggling dates, the CS person was super patient and helpful. I'd say the same applies to Singapore Airlines. 1 1
