Popular Post Yesitisdakid Posted December 22, 2025 Popular Post Posted December 22, 2025 Boy this was a mistake. As you see the outdoor advertising sign only has five or six different businesses and I was told that the Kentucky fried Chicken is no longer there I don't know firsthand I was just told that that leaves next to no one. When this was first built I was told by a guy that I buy a lot of electronics from in Tuk Com that most of the people there were going to be moving to harbor. Well obviously that didn't happen. They have some offices on the higher up floors not sure what they're going to end up doing with the bottom three 2 6
KWA Posted December 22, 2025 Posted December 22, 2025 Shouldn't be any businesses in there now. Should all be out to let the renovation take place. https://thepattayanews.com/2025/11/01/harbor-pattaya-to-close-temporarily-for-major-renovation-promising-enhanced-family-fun-upon-return/

sakik2024 Posted December 22, 2025 Posted December 22, 2025 I was there for the opening. I remember the reasoning was that visitors from Bkk could just turn off the highway and into Harbour rather than going all the way to Central.
biggles Posted December 23, 2025 Posted December 23, 2025 (edited) We stay a 10 minute walk away and watched the downfall for a few years. Used to use their food court, great wifi there. Partner liked a few cheaper clothes outlets while the Tech side never took off. A few nice eateries as well. The supermarket was small and expensive yet only 5 mins from Foodland and Big C X. It was dead during the week, even at in most popular days. Guess those BKK visitors couldn't get away then. Edited December 23, 2025 by biggles 1 2
fforest Posted December 23, 2025 Posted December 23, 2025 Some problems with Harbor Mall are.... If you're walking or driving up Pattaya Klang for shopping, the first thing you see is Big C extra...And hell, Big C has just about everything, so why not just go to Big C ?..........Its very easy to forget Harbor Mall even exists.... Also, failure begets failure.....As more stores kept closing at Harbor Mall less people went to Harbor Mall which caused even more stores there to close..etc... The kids' area is kind of cool....But when Harbor Mall was built in 2016 smart phones were not all that great.....So I dont think kids were fully addicted quite yet to their phones, like now.....So the kids' play area got more use back then..... And last but not least Harbor Mall is just kind of a pain to get to...Especially when Pattaya has lots of other malls.... 1 1 1
