Popular Post Yesitisdakid Posted January 18 Popular Post Posted January 18 Service above and beyond We all have stories about lack of customer service here in Pattaya from time to time. My internet provider is CAT. But i do not deal with them i deal with a guy that has a little office here in the complex that i live in. He buys then resells to people here in the complex. I have had the service for 5 or 6 years with few problems. This morning i get up 3AM to get a drink of water. I check my phone for any messages i might have gotten. I see no internet icon. I turn off the router and back on again still no Net. I figure i will send a line message with my Tablet using my data connection to the guy and in the morning he will reply with help. Well 5 Mins later i get a message back from him he will go into the office and see if there is a issue system wide or only mine. 15 Mins tells me he is down stairs has a new router saying that must be the problem. He connects the router and my internet is restored this now about 3:30 AM or so. I insist he take 200 baht for his trouble he refused but i insisted. He told me never hesitate to call it i have issues. Above and beyond for sure ! 5 1 2 7
