Yesitisdakid Posted January 29 Posted January 29 (edited) This is the cost of one baht of Thai gold at the moment. I may be wrong but I can't see many punters coming out of pocket to buy gold at 84,000 baht for a little bracelet with a total weight of one baht. Even the white knights even the guys that are somewhat cashed up I just can't see them buying a two or three baht piece of gold for a temporary girlfriend. I don't know if this will filter down to the gold shops taking a hit as well going to be interesting to follow it Edited January 29 by Yesitisdakid 2

Yessongs Posted January 30 Posted January 30 (edited) Gave my wife gold for the 10 year anniversary...bought it at a gold distributor downtown a few months ago. Good decision, saved myself a few bucks....it's crazy the current pricing. Edited January 30 by Yessongs 3
Popular Post Yesitisdakid Posted January 30 Author Popular Post Posted January 30 When my ex-wife visited from Korea a month ago I questioned her about the gold I purchased for her over the years I paid as little as 3400 and the most I paid was 12500. Nine baht she has that I purchased over the years and she still holds it still has it all. She told me years ago when I would give her gold for Valentine's or Christmas or her birthday that that was her savings account well she's done very well with gold over 84000 8
