If that’s a spatchcocked pig, put the whole lot in a bag, I’ll have it. 

There used to be a lady at the bottom of Bintabaht Road that sold roast pig and crackling, wrapped in a bread bun. 

I used to buy a huge piece (1KG) + the crispy skin (sod the bun) on the way home from the bar and eat it with home made apple sauce in front the telly. 

Love slow cooked belly pork for Sunday lunch, nothing beats it for me. 🤗
