AJSP Posted May 28 Posted May 28 I was in an Uber sometime over the bank holiday weekend and talking to the driver; really cant remember where he was from as I was slightly overrefreshed, but possibly Djibouti and he was saying that him and a lot of his mates use a low cost airline called Pegasus to fly from the UK to Istanbul and then onwards to East Africa. He reckons its a great way to get home and pick up decent priced flights form Istanbul so it go me thinking if anyone on here had tried them and if its worked to get a decent onward flight to BKK especially those looking for a good BC offering. Pegasus fly from Gatwick and Stanstead I believe. https://www.flypgs.com/en 1
KWA Posted May 28 Posted May 28 They have a daily flight from EDI too, but remember it doesn't go to the main airport in Istanbul.

I'd certainly not heard of them before and doing a dummy booking just now early June to early July came out at 108euro but with carry on only. A suitcase was an extra 23euro.
