Please explain your reference to health insurance.
It was my understanding that he had NO insurance - hence the GoFundMe page.
It was posted in this thread he waiting till he turned 60 before getting insurance.
EDIT: yeah what Tommy posted !!
-
Why was he waiting till he turned 60 to get health insurance ?
Sounds extremely dumb to me.

You blokes are worse than the bloke you are having a shot at with the provoking posts after Tommy Admin has already got a handle on the situation.
He acknowledged what Tommy said... had moved on.... but you blokes inflamed the situation again.
Maybe go and read Tommy's post again...and this time do what he requests.
cheers
Not really all that fair some have free reign to have a dig and yet others have a noose placed round their neck but it is what it is.
Tommy has spoken and I will respect his advice.

I remember a few years ago Ben changed the menu and of the 17 post in the thread,
14 post was by mods/admin supporting the new menu, think some would have seen that thread as a big brownie effort by all concerned.
regards
grayray
That thread did make me chuckle heartily !!

You may be correct but CF was far more literate than this guy and knew just how far to go without getting banned.
No snuff video's yet either.
Dig in mate - he will self destruct way before doing any real harm.
Who is CF ?
A moderator posted and suggested I should wind my neck in or face removal, I now know the boundaries and if I stay within them there should be no reason to ban me.

UK cards are 4 digits ?

The one you use to withdraw money from.
When you call emergency services in Pattaya you're likely to be asked to pay the cops to intervene, or the Hospital on arrival.
atm cards are 6 digits.

The 4 digit pin number on your atm card is the one to use for emergencies.
where do I find a 4 digit pin number on my atm card ?

Go to bed. Done with you. Sleep tight !
Righto, so you are not a cop in Pattaya nor worked as security in Pattaya and you were not on the scene when the incident happened.
Thanks for the clarification.

YES, bur FFS respect the deceased and his family and be diplomatic.
Just offering an opinion of how he might have become deceased cause i do not believe he was struck by the bouncer over the un-paid bill without provocation, I suspect the incident became verbal (old matey the war veteran) got mouthy and the bouncer then snotted him............... I do agree if the bill was paid the incident would not have happened though.
rest in peace.

Can you respect the deseased plse ? I got your point, but there are more diplomatic ways to express it......
can you respect my opinion please..

And yes, since you mentioned it.... I am very knowledgeable on these matters.
righto. so you witnessed the incident did you, so what is written in the article is a true representation of the facts ?

Happens wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too often. And not just in Thailand.
Is the beating unprovoked or does the bin dodger getting mouthy when approached and then gets a slap ?
I ask as you seem to be knowledgable on the matter.

and your powers of supposition are also amazing 😀

Wrong o big time Rob. Complete and total wrong. Beating someone up over an unpaid bill is completely and totally illegal, and absolutely unacceptable, its NO DIFFERENT THAN ANY OTHER TRANSACTION.
Whilst I agree the reaction (beating) on the face of the facts presented was extreme and an over the top result neither you (I assume you was not there) or I was present at the time and I suspect old matey being a war vet gave it large and the smack was a result of that and not the bill.

Too many men on steroids, who think they need to show they are "real" men when in a bar .... A bit like in the gym....
Most of them are not mentally cut to live and survive in a red district, prostitution, mafia environment facing people who were born and bread there.
Seen it in so many places. Sadly it seems to be more and more the rule now.
The deceased does not appear to be a roided up gym junkie.
Being a veteran I assume he thought he was ten foot tall and bullet proof though and run his mouth accordingly which ended badly.

It boils down to this: if Polanco stomped on the head of a man who was defenseless on the floor, he should have been found guilty of murder and a terrible miscarriage of justice has occurred.
Murder suggests it was premeditated.
