i too am off to Bangkok tomorrow for a vaccine jab - the hospital gave me a letter - so printing a few of these off together with my passport (maybe my lease - but as i am registered with immigration at pattaya then may not need) - my wife is coming with me in case of any adverse reaction to the jab, so she will bring her vaccine certificate also..

Heck.....The cheapest steaks you can buy from the supermarkets cost arout 340 baht a Kilo....And your average run of the mill cut wrapped in plastic costs around 50-60-65 baht a package.......
So their profit margin must be miniscule... The fries and those 2 tomatoes seem to me like they would break the bank on this steak deal......
There is.....
Very overpriced food
Slightly overpriced food
Average priced food
Value priced food
Cheap food
Ridiculously cheap food
This steak meal is the last one....
may not be beef steak for 59baht - probably the chicken thats underneath the piccie or could be pork

WTF..?
Talk about highly transmissible.
"...Of all 1,737 workers at the construction site, 1,327 tested positive. Among them, 23.3% were infected with the Alpha variant and 73.7% with Delta..."
Seven cases of 'mixed infection' found

all in close proximity - crammed into buses at the start and end of the day, all living and eating on top of each other ...

Walking Street pics are grim!
agreed - not one shop is being maintained - they are all starting to look extremely drab- this seems to be the Thai way to not do any remedial work to keep a place looking at least respectable - but just let fall into disrepair..

When a person or group of investors build up a successful business, the name and reputation of the business has value (called goodwill). If the investors were to sell a business that goodwill would have value in determining the sale price. In the case of of HA, as another BM posted, they moved to a new location. They did not sell their business, just vacated the old location.
The new leaseholders of HA's old location are making a blatant attempt at capitalizing off HA's business name, without compensating HA for the use of their name. Not only are they violating the right to the use of the name, HA's reputation could be harmed if the new business is not successful or engages in activities that harm HA's good name and reputation.
HA has every right to be pissed, and if the new leaseholders were taken to court over the illegal use of their name they would probability lose and owe damages to HA.
many things here in Thailand / Pattaya are copies or ripoffs of western businesses or western styles 🙂

finished watching the 2nd series of Black Summer on netflix - whilst i am not a fan of the show format (show a scene, then give the back story through a series of flashbacks) the show did engage me through to the end. Its an interesting take on the Zombie apocalypse with all other remaining humans being hell bent on killing each other and doing each other over.
Also noticed that its made by the same people as ZNation.

edge is a webbrowser and not an email client 🙂
You can use edge to access your webmail accounts (such as www.outlook.com / www.gmail.com www.rackspace.com / www.office365.com)
it most certainly is worth updating as the orignial internet explorer is being deprecated. 🙂 -
edge is a webbrowser (like Chrome) - it is a very good webbrower - more superior than Chrome (its built off the same core engine but less memory hungry).
Outlook is an email client. Do you have office installed on your machine?

The last time a foreign power was involved with a cross-border railway in Thailand the results weren't very positive.
but it is still standing - testament to the engineers who built it?

You're warm. Can you narrow it done to a specific area, and even better describe the structure under construction?
is it tree town - the trapedial shaped building which has been empty for years finally getting a bit of love?
