Canadians have the same deal as viewers in the US. We don’t get Better Call Season 5 on Netflix until later, but it is available on amc.com or via their app.

Are you in the UK?  It’s not on Netflix in the US, Season 5 was released to Netflix International in weekly installments starting in February, 2020; while it was screened in the US on AMC. Season 5 will show up on Netflix in the US a little before Season 6 starts on AMC. I assumed Maipenrai was watching from the US, since Season 5 is unavailable on his Netflix too.

Series like Better Call Saul aren’t released to Netflix until the next season is playing on AMC. Season 5 will start on Netflix as soon as Season 6 episode 1 airs, if everything goes as it has in the past. Season 6 is currently in production.

I get in a habit of listening to the same couple of albums over a over.  I could listen to Neil Young’s Harvest or The Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper’s forever. But, since there’s so much other great music out there, I downloaded Rolling Stone magazine’s list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.  Starting tonight at number 500 is Eurythmics’ 1983 album Touch.  I’ll spend the next year and a half or so moving up the list.

On a green card, you are limited in how many days you can be out of the US. It’s like a reverse overstay. I forget how many, but she was well over. Had we known about it, we could have gotten a permit before she left.

I’ve made only a couple three week trips. Mostly, I arrive on a Saturday and leave three Sundays later.  Maybe, one day I’ll get out my passports and count how many days it totals.  My shortest RT from San Francisco was 31 hours.  My wife is still on her green card and she went back to Thailand for a couple years.  I thought she would have issues getting through immigration when she got back, so I went over, so I could go through the checkpoint with her.  They held her in the SFO immigration office for a couple hours, then fined her over $500, but let her back in.  She’s studying for the citizenship test now.

Hello, all. I’m retired, currently living in the San Francisco area.  I’m planning on selling my house here and moving to Thailand as the travel situation improves. I’ve made a dozen or so trips to Thailand.  Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket and several trips to Phitsanulok, where my wife’s family lives.
