But that leads to the question: who is paying for the new works? It sounds likely to me that there will be building on that waste ground in the near future.

I heard an outdoor market will be built.  Not sure on which side though.

I believe that is a private road and doesn’t belong to the city, so the city has no control over when it gets fixed.

Since they’ve already painted lines and traffic arrows on the concrete, probably not.

Any info on a possible alcohol ban in Pattaya this weekend due to the mayoral election scheduled for 12 June?  So far, haven't seen any "official" announcements.
