Can you remember the name of the GoGo on that street back then?, 1 unit size. about half way up with the centre stage and seating around it.

There was Las Vegas 2, which was about halfway up Yamato, LV1 being closer to Beach road.

Then a few years back Hot 'n Cold had maybe a year there, a couple of doors up from LV2, it was infamous for the "Beer squirter" who worked there, a very pretty girl she was too.....( but the stage in Hot 'n Cold was on  the left side as you walked in)

Is the swimming pool bar on the dark side still going? You throw coins in the pool and they strip naked to go get it.

Sounds like you are referring to the infamous Black Pearl.

Alas no, it closed a few years ago Steve.

Yes but 5 years from next week when my birthday is. That's why it was important everything went smoothly as the 12 month expiry was up next week.

Too late now i know, but if you had waited until after your Birthday you would of got an (almost) extra year Mr. Monster.

They date them 5 years from your next Birthday.

The cemeteries in Kanchanaburi are worth a visit ( Don Rak and Chong Kai ) , as is Hell Fire pass , then is also a small museum next to Don Rak ( I wouldn't bother with the JEATH museum, I thought it was disappointing when I visited)

A trip to Kanchanaburi, without visiting at least Hellfire Pass, would be a trip wasted........
