This morning i'm in the office for once. Bacon and sausage sandwich from the local cafe.

Last night was spicy beef stir-fry.

Lunch today was a ham, mushroom and cheese toasted baguette.

Poached eggs on toast this morning.

Down and down she goes.

6pm ( BST) start today going for a white wash. 

Todays breakfast, cheese on toast with beans. 

Monday evening prawn and veg noodle stir fry.

Monday lunch Cornish pasty and beans

Monday breakfast, fish finger sandwich

Sunday evening Pad Kra Pao with veg fried rice.

Saturday breakfast scampi with cheesy beans

Breakfast today, knocked up a chicken and mushroom fried rice.

Massive difference from day to night with all that neon that gets switched on when the sun goes down.

I once flew to Thailand on a KLM 747. I got an exit seat and i fell alseep but woke up because my feet were cold, i looked down and there was a big block of ice down near the bottom of the door.
