They specifically said you can take your child to the park, which we will do every day. Clissold Park is near us, lovely big park, deer and everything. Kick a ball, have a picnic weather permitting, Daddy will do jogging. Just have to be sensible, no groups, at least 2 metres between people except families. 

I use 'My Fitness Pal' app, which are really good, send out emails all the time, have sent lots out in the last few days about exercising at home.

Food, you can still go out and get, sure takeaways are still open. Think you'll find those that didn't offer a takeaway service may well start now. 

I'll have my work phone with me all the time during the day, so can respond/answer emails etc as and when required. 

My missus is the most pleasant, caring, easy going person I know, with a good sense of humour, we'll be absolutely fine in that regard. 

Years ago i'd just have got me a couple of 9 bars of pollen, robbed a few kegs of beer and happily shut up shop until this blew over.

Nowadays, I don't know, I might even get around tom watching game of thrones!
