Thai Police show a remarkable amount of restraint when dealing with violent people. Where I live in Australia if somebody had threatened the police with an axe they would have shot them.

This. It's almost good. 

This is good so far. The main character is a real waster called Hardly. To mellow to have strong opinions, just mild preferences, and usually not even that.

Apart from the James Bond escape from death on the beach this is quite good. 

60 pages into this one. Great actor, not much of a writer.

It appears that when they finish the footpath before Walking street it will be a bit wider than before.

I have read quite a few of these on my travels. Cheap and easy to read. Get them through Amazon.

And out came the bean bags. 

There is a small red light district in the southern suburbs consisting of karaoke bars. You pass it going to and from the airport. Karaoke bars are generally the place to get women in Vietnam in my experience. 

This place. The Blue Sea is where I drink in the afternoon. At night they replace the tables and chairs with bean bags for the chill crowd. 

This place pack's them in at night.

Unfortunately I cannot say. A lot of it for foreigners seems to be about partying at the beach and restaurants. There are bars in the better hotels to visit. For the locals it's probably different but I don't go out at night. There is no bar scene here like Thailand.
