The Breakfast Club London has a few outlets and serve a good breakfast but to take things up a notch try the Wolseley.

I'm pretty lucky ... almost 55 , overweight but not on any meds at all
I had a medical last year which did all the normal tests
I've also lost 2 stone from my peak last year
I've been away for a month and apart from a bit of walking when in Bangkok for a few days , I've not done any real exercise... I weighed myself today and have lost 3lbs
That was me, then had a heart attack at 56!!!

My BP has always been around 115/70. Only a couple of times has it gone above 180/100, and both were due to panic attacks while in hospital.
I take Bisoprolol and Atorvastatin now, since my heart op, and helps maintain my decent blood pressure.
Standard meds after a heart attack, I'm on the same.

Landed at Luton 2am last week from Turkey, off the plane and through passport control in 15 mins, then waited over 1hr for the baggage to come through!.

Called Greenham Kawasaki in Newbury earlier about buying a brand new Z900. Guy told me that their years allocation is sold out.
So much for people struggling financially 😉
Gonna give the legendary Stalker a call at his Grantham dealership.
Had a black Z900 in about 1990ish, I loved that bike. Wish I had kept it.

Boris and all this current lot will be gone long before the next election when they get found out for the crooks they are.
No different from the lot who went before, or the lot who will come after.

I did earn the princely sum of 15p interest in my instant access ISA on a balance that was in the thousands all year. I'll donate it to the NHS if you want.🤣
The interest rate for cash savings is derisory. You'd be better off in a stocks and shares ISA

Trying to figure out who's chocolate starfish I need to kiss in order to become a VIP on this forum... not like I can show my previous, beautiful thread on Secrets Forum "Labia up close and personal" which BMs @Lirchenfeld and @thumper63so kindly continued for me...
That brings back memories

Let me throw this into the ring.
Many UK Citizens hold an ISA (Individual Savings Account). It works like a normal savings account, except you don’t pay any UK income or capital gains tax. Account holders can either invest cash or stocks and shares plus other equities.
The products originally started life as TESSA accounts (Tax Except Special Savings Account) during the Margaret Thatcher era Consevative Government and later modified during to period of the Tony Blair Labour Government and re titled ISA. The bottom line is that one does not pay UK Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax on interest, gains or income derived from investing in the account.
Should account holders close these accounts so that they can pay more tax on their investiments?
With the proviso that you can only pay in 20k per annum. Which I guess if you are seriously rich is not a great deal!

Basically those who can afford accountants to hide their cash.
Running my own company I have to have the services of accountants but all they seem to do is tell me how much tax I have to pay!! Don't think I am in the tax avoidance category.

NI contributions went up 1.25p in the pound today.
Gonna be a lot of people getting into debt. Always the lowest paid who seem to get hammered.
Time they put an end to the rich and corporations tax avoidance.
Depends on your definition of "rich"

His days of jumping about on stage are long gone, he sits on a chair for a couple of numbers, his playing however is still a good as ever. I should be on vacation just outside Tampa when they play there, I'm seriously thinking of trying for tickets.

Wondering when I can actually see a gig without it being rescheduled 😃
Meant to be at Sub89 in Reading tomorrow night to see a couple of tribute bands, Motley Crue and Poison. Now rearranged for July 1st.
Fucking nightmare.
Saw the Who at the Albert Hall last Friday. Roger and Pete are still mightily impressive.

Some new bars on Soi 7 ... he says he may open a gentleman's club as well ... and call it Secrets 555
Personally I doubt if Soi 7/8 will recover ... not enough customers and girls for the bars pre Covid , never mind post ...
Well they look like a handful.

Waiting in an emergency room unfortunately. My chest has been tight for months now, finally got off my arse and saw someone. Unfortunately, we know nothing yet, BP, pulse, blood sample and ECG all look normal. Just did a chest X-ray, which hopefully tells the doctor more, will know within the hour
Take care of yourselves gentlemen, don’t try and be tough guys just to avoid a hospital visit……it might have saved my life at 45 today
Good luck. I hope it turns out to be nothing, but your in the best place if it isn't.
