Its so fucking wet here ATM.Been raining for days.Everything is soaked.Never seen it this wet in 25 years.

An hour to go here until NY.We are the last to get hit.😁
We got mandatory shut down at 8pm tonight,so I’ve eaten a pot cookie and am drinking a beer in bed.
Will not make it,and am not that worried.
Missus has commandeered my Christmas gift from her,which was a foam iPad holder.She is watching Korean soap operas next to me.
It’s a far cry from my first NY in Pattaya ,where they were shooting Roman candles through the bar at the Sugar Shack,and some c**t rolled a big bomb into the place that made me deaf for a day.
I remember being helped across the street to my hotel by my BF from Honey agogo at around 3am........she stayed for a week BTW.

Am i content?I doubt I ever will be...moving forward is an instinct I’m burdened with.
I would say I’m lucky.Lucky that my gut choices turned out ok,and that I’ve managed to stay alive since that first night 24 years ago.I've a warm bed and a family who loves me for the bloke I am,regardless of my many faults.
I feel like the richest bloke in the world...mind you,the cookie has kicked in,and I tend to get all huggy bear after it does.

Sis in law worked there.Night shift.
Shes looking for somewhere else,but she’s on the wrong side of 30 now.
Missus was chatting with her last night about it.
Sad times indeed.
TQ Masters was one of the best goof tournys of the year as well.Plus the Jackalope open was based out of there.
Raised a ton of money for less fortunate.
