You can get an extendable 60 day visa without having to renew.

Depends on your comfort zone. I wouldn't be happy as in my late sixties. Just the examples we have seen on the Internet videos of people being caught out is a sharp reminder that nothing is certain in life.

I think too many different reasons for the weak pound,so a hike in interest rates may not have much effect. Certainly a weak pound against the dollar which is used to buy oil,  has added to the increase in fuel. 

Used to in the days of Haynes manuals. But now just give to a garage I trust.

The woman kept telling my wife, 'this is my land', 'go back to your lands you Chinese, you'. Porn didn't bother to tell her she was Thai, wouldn't have mattered. Porn carries the key to the wards and is an easy target when the patients want to get out. One of the nurses at her normal hospital (Neath Port Talbot) was attacked with an attempted strangling recently by a female patient, it is amazing what some of these NHS staff have to go through. 

Mental health hospitals are not good for the faint hearted but it was a little unnerving for Porn, she needed a good drink up when I picked her up.

Not nice to be subjugated to verbal or physical abuse for simply doing your job. Unfortunately, this sort of thing does happen frequently. Must affect your day to day confidence.

Direct with Emirates but as mentioned in previous posts, prices have risen considerably. 

Trying to declutter the house of stuff. Cannot bring myself to throw alot of bits. Vinyl collection going back to my teens complete with beer stains, have to stay.

My early schooldays, witnessed a huge change and mix of music. Motown, Rock and progressive. .

Seventies, some great rock bands, eighties, probably the years I enjoyed the most in terms of my own disposition, so enjoyed the stuff coming out then.

Book only direct with the airline. This was a  prudent move after getting a refund, also when canging flights after my mother dies while overseas.

Nursing a sore back. Overestimated my fitness on a long hike with a group. Cycling is OK though.

Relaxing place during the day. Have eaten there and enjoyed. Music can be good too. 

Any establishment that makes money will open. Just depends on who has the cash now to restart the venues.

Many owners still paid rents long after the income was gone after Covid.

Its another symptom of just how desperate the Thais are to earn a living again. Problem, this scenario always prevails under such circumstances.

Had an exceptional episode of pain a couple of years ago. I dont know the direct cause but was told after a MRI scan my plates in my lower back had trapped a nerve. If I waked on my heels one would just flop down. Scary!

Options given by a specialist to have an op but the risk list was really something I couldnt live with.

Continued to walk gently at first but slowly improved. YOUTUBE helped alot following various exercises. Now I get some aches and pains but not dilapidating.

On day two now, 3 x doubles fitted and one single. Time to refill the system and check for leaks before we do any more.

Installed a towel radiator last week on my own. Real issues with getting all the rads hot again. Endless swithing on and off. But good now.
