You don't know anymore what's most worrying .... A "president" telling this shit or the company feeling the necessity to make a disclaimer.......

I mean, is there really anybody out there who would try it ?

if yes, sorry, but let them do. I can only improve the average of humanity's IQ by elimination.

The rest of my thoughts belong in the WTF thread .....hahaha

Sure, lots of folks will believe &/or do just about anything that Trump tells them.

States see spike in poison control calls following Trump's comments on injecting disinfectant

"...In New York City, the Daily News reported that the Poison Control Center saw 30 cases of “exposure to Lysol, bleach & other cleaners in 18 hours after Trump’s suggestion” that cleaning products might be used to treat coronavirus. NYC Poison Control saw only 13 such cases in a similar period last year..."

COVID-19 Linked to Large Vessel Stroke in Young Adults

"Physicians in New York City, which still leads the nation in reported COVID-19 cases, are reporting significantly more acute, large vessel strokes in young adults infected with COVID-19.

In a rapid communication to be published online April 29 in the New England Journal of Medicine, investigators led by Thomas Oxley, MD, PhD, department of neurosurgery, Mount Sinai Health System, report five cases of large vessel stroke over a 2-week period in COVID-19 patients under age 50 years. This represents a sevenfold increase in what would normally be expected.

The five cases had either no, or mild, COVID-19 symptoms...

...Oxley and colleagues dedicate their report to "our inspiring colleague Gary Sclar, MD, a stroke physician who succumbed to COVID-19 while caring for his patients."..."

FDA warns of risks with Trump-promoted malaria drug

WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is warning doctors against prescribing a malaria drug widely touted by President Donald Trump for treating the new coronavirus outside of hospitals or research settings.

In an alert Friday, regulators flagged reports of serious side effects and death among patients taking hydroxychloroquine and the related drug chloroquine. The drugs, also prescribed for lupus, can cause a number of side effects, including heart rhythm problems, severely low blood pressure and muscle or nerve damage.

  5. American president recommends light treatment and  disinfectant to cure COVID-19...

"And then I said, supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way. And I think you said you're gonna test that, too. Sounds interesting, right?"

He continued: "And then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or, or almost a cleaning? Because you see it gets on the lungs and it does a tremendous number, so it will be interesting to check that. So that you're going to have to use medical doctors. But it sounds, it sounds interesting to me. So we'll see."

  8. The way some people ride their motobikes...

Last summer in Bangkok I was getting out of a taxi on Rama IV near the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
The taxi was stuck in traffic in the far left lane, I opened the door, BOOM....some guy on a bike hit it and went flyin'.
I got out of the taxi, checked quickly to see if the guy was conscious (he was but his foot was bleeding), and promptly scrammed.
There's a well-hidden shortcut from Rama IV to Soi Thaniya next to the hotel.
Wasn't going to wait around for any discussion of who hit who.
We know how that can go.

Do testicles make men more vulnerable to the coronavirus?

"...cells serve as the front door for the coronavirus because they express a protein called angiotensin converting enzyme 2, which the virus just happens to bind with.

In both men and women, these ACE2 proteins, or receptors, are plentiful in the lungs, the gastrointestinal tract and the heart. Not surprisingly, all of those tissues are vulnerable to attack from the virus that causes COVID-19.

Testicular tissue also pumps out ACE2 receptors at a high rate. Ovarian tissue does not...

While women offer the coronavirus plenty of opportunities to enter their cells, men’s testes may give the virus an extra point of entry. And since the testicles are walled off from the immune system, they may be among the last hiding places from which the virus is driven out..."
