Many jobs while still at school without an official wage packet but always had money in my pocket. Delivering papers and milk, picking potatoes, petrol station attendant, super-trooper spotlight operator in the Carnegie Hall (UK version not USA), berry picking, car parking steward at local events, maybe more.
I kept up the theatre lighting for several years after starting work full time as it was a real money spinner for not much work. Also bar work including father in law's bar and a couple of town centre bars near me.

Setting up a new Win11 laptop and transferring everything from the old one. What a pain in the butt.

The food from my flight home at the weekend. I don't know what half of it is so think I've got the right descriptions with the right pictures.
Coffee-marinated salmon rose, potato and chestnut quenelle
Braised beef cheek, gnocchi, broccoli, carrot sticks. Don't know what the sauce is and neither did the crew.
Triple chocolate cake and fresh fruit salad
Cheese selection
Grilled chicken breast, red wine sauce, garlic potatoes purée, sautéed mushrooms, baby carrots. Orange Madeleine sponge cake and caramelized apple, raisins, red berry compote.
There was also supposed to be a beef bresaola, green asparagus and pistachio cream dish but I don't see it anywhere.

Departed BKK on Saturday morning. Check-in area was mobbed and even Business Class check-in, security and immigration had queues, albeit only a few minutes each.
Immigration had moved from where I remember to the very end of the concourse past "W" check-in desks. Exiting there took me behind the regular immigration desks and there was no queues there.

Never saw the race but saw the Christian Horner evidence folder. I wonder what he's given the missus to turn a blind eye to that.

So those transfers obviously are not going to show up is coming in from out of the country I wonder how the tax people will deal with this.
The "Common Reporting Standard" requires the sharing of information between countries' banks. If they ever decide to audit you (unlikely) they would see the money leaving your bank to Wise and the same amount (converted to THB) arriving in your Thai bank. It would be a reasonably obvious trail.
Thailand signed up to the CRS last year.

It's a bit of a mix for me. I'll usually eat what's on offer and it ranges from good to only just edible. I'm a plain eater by preference and too many airlines are trying to get too fancy IMO. Just yesterday I was given parsnip and hazelnut puree to accompany my chicken but would have preferred just mash and gravy.

I can't think where else has two "o"s ...
I can think of several.
Woodball, Goody Bar, any tattoo shop, any seafood place, Taboo.
The pic comes from Sea Zone Seafood I think.

How easy was transferring at CDG ???
And did you use the lounge???
A bit of a walk but it was Terminal 2E to Terminal 2E so fairly simple. Security had the new machines so no need to take stuff out of your bag.
Lounge was OK but nothing exciting. Good variety of food but I just had a couple of beers.

Bucks Fizz ???
It was by the time I finished with it. I asked for a pre-mixed top up and the stewardess looked at me like a dog turd on her shoe. Air France snobbery.

So I thought I'd look through my old photos and see if I could find a photo of the building and by sheer luck I picked the right year to check - here's a shot from 2015 that shows the building almost finished after they had been working on it for years and it became an art gallery:
Streetview history shows it as changing colour between Feb 2022 and Oct 2023 and expanding its role to become an art gallery, cafe and cannabis shop.

Wouldn't normally eat on a Ryanair flight but had a long delay so was hungry. Lasagne "meal deal" and it looked quite good. Unfortunately when I dug into it it must have been all of 5mm deep.
