I’d say England have the deepest batting talent in the world currently in international T20. Bowling isn’t quite as deep so how many can be fit for the WC? Who knows……

Great win for England by six wickets over a very good Pakistan team.
Not even the A team. Glad to see Hales do well again, he’s been an absolute beast for Notts the last few years, Ben Duckett also a consistent match winner for Notts as well.

Nice, was supposed to be there next month but I blew my Achilles playing tennis the other day, in doubt now, will find out what they say at the hospital tomorrow ☹️

Crazy, they should have an option if both captains agree to play on the light BS should be over ridden. Even SA know it’s lost with 30 odd runs to get.

Crawley doing well enough to annoy @galenkia 🤣🤣🤣

Hales called up to World Cup squad. Right call……I’ve watched him live a fair few times over the last couple of years, he’s in form and an absolute beast when he gets going.

You'd shit yourself if you found one in your house. Especially the 18 foot one.
I’m actually ok with snakes tbh, whilst it would surprise me I’ve handled a few Burmese pythons before so I could probably deal with it. Now anything heights related……..that would fk with me big time 😱

Long haul flights nearly always get pissed so I sleep. Tend to buy some duty free vodka and put it into about a third of a small Fanta bottle. That gets me there after a few of the wines they serve.

Defender , Galaxian , Donkey Kong you name it..
Brilliant
Our age are at the top end age wise of gamers, until about 5 years ago I always had the latest console. Started with ZX81 and Horace goes skiing then onto the Spectrum and then onto the first PlayStation. Even then that first PlayStation was an incred step forward. Tend to play games on my iPad these days mostly because of time, short games that are maybe 5 mins a pop.

Reliving my youth.
A retro arcade just opened up near me so took my two lads there this afternoon.
Not played on some of these since the early 80s and wanted to show my lads how we did it in the 80s..
Spent 4 hours in there walked in early 50s ,played like a teen... walked out an old man again 🙈🤣🤣
Daley Thompsons decathlon? Smashing those buttons 🤣

It's cheap and a short game. Aimed at the casual cricket fans. Old die hard pricks that won't move with the time slag it off but it's here to stay.
Anything that gets more people interested in cricket is only a good thing.
It’s not really cheap, £35. The blast is only £20.

Made a late call to go to the rockets game here in Nottingham last night. Didn’t have a ticket and thought I’d be able to stroll in, fk me was lucky to get in as it was nearly sold out, didn’t expect that. Sats game is already sold out, looks like the 100 is here to stay based on that. Managed to get a selfie with Eoin Morgan as well 😜

Thanks, I’ll see what other places are in the area. I will get a driver so hopefully they will advise, although always worry they take you to where they get the best kickback…
Think it’s just a 1 days pass to everything in the area so there is no incentive to take you anywhere other than the standard places around. Probs 10 years since I went though so will defer to someone with more recent info.

Think getting there for sunrise is overrated personally. Make sure you go and see some of the other temples locally as well. I thought a couple of them were as good if not better than Angkor wat.

Should future travellers ie Me, be concerned about this. Hoping to book early December till end of January.???
Doubt it, I imagine they will gradually bring them back into service as the demand is there.

Forgot to mention this last week when I arrived.
But there must but 30-40 Thai airways planes parked up on the various taxi ways around the airport. The planes don’t even looked washed and in good condition and ready to go. Anyone else notice this?
I think we know it anyway, but it Shows how far the tourist industry in Thailand is away from normal service…..

Thanks guys, I'm 73 and I've been to Thailand many times since 1971. Spravoto is cleared for use in the Uk but not approved for use by the NHS in England for various reasons the main one being the cost, however it has been accepted for NHS use in Scotland (go figure). private clinics offer treatment in the UK but at substantial cost.
It is a derivative of Ketamine so as you say it will be a controlled substance, but I'm hoping some hospitals and clinics in Thailand will offer treatment at a lower cost than in the UK. In the past I've had dental work and some emergency hospital treatment in Bangkok and I think the facilites and care was first class.
If it’s a new drug the chances of a cheap generic version being available via hospitals in Thailand are virtually nil.

I'm lucky in having little outgoing, less than half my weekly salary,so have plenty of money to spend on myself.
And love their food, rather pay a little more for the quality.
M&S is my standard mate. Good food all around, can afford a bit more like you.

Never saw Luke Wood play until he rocked up and played for the Trent rockets a couple of months back, he seems a pretty solid and reliable performer.
