What was a storage compound on soi casino for the works on soi 15 has been emptied, flattened,  and plants installed, presumably so it's now a farm with no land taxes....

Last update on Blue Ratree for this trip. Lady opposite said "market, with coffee shops", but why would ghe wall in the entire place? My money is on a nightclub of some sort.... but who knows?

The sign says beer 100 Baht all night, but there is no mention of the type of beer. 

Given the location and pricing, I don't think the bar is going to last long! 

Signage only went up a couple of days ago... it's been there and open for a few months, but the only people I've ever seen in it were a few (like 3 or 4) of the younger ?Russian? crowd, doing karaoke...
