I once joked that @Pumpuynarak should plough up his lovely garden to grow spuds .... Sunday M'Lady brought a tractor in and ploughed up the front and both sides of the house.!!!!!!!!!!

This morning I woke up as usual at 6am ..... but alone !!! She was out raking up the grass around the edges...Since sparrow fart .... in the rain !!

She was still there at 8am!

Here is a hearty welcome from The Dangleberries !!!!

    Hey! How about this scenario....

    - City are found guilty of Financial "irregularities" and have the title taken away for that season

    - Everton are then relegated for the season they cheated.

    - Leeds are promoted to replace them

    - Southampton then get promoted automatically without playing the Final

    PERFIK !!!

Never gonna happen.......the hearing of the case that is......

  4. Well the inevitable happened with Shitty scoring after 2 mins, game over :default_cry: i turned over the TV and watched the PGA golf just flicking back to check the score from time to time.

Gotta give Shitty credit though they've been a class act yet again......

Well..as you all know who live here, it was brutal the last 25 days or so.....our A/C bill for a 2 story home reflects just that...highest bill ever here at her home wifey tells me.

    It's cool....no pun intended.

The last week or so, we here are able to NOT put the A/C on until about 2:00pm or so.....but upstairs at night, it goes on immediately when watching TV in the "woman cave" LOL!

Just read again my policy and no requirement to disclose conditions after the insurance has gone into effect. There's also the fact that on renewal there's no provision for declaring medical issues that arose in the prior year of coverage.

I'm just erring on the side of caution mate having worked for an insurance company for 25 years but you have it in B&W, sounds like a top company to me, good job done :default_clapping:

Good question. I've had my current policy for about 14 years. About four years ago I started on meds for high BP, but never informed my insurance company. Never even considered that I should as it's not a pre-existing condition. I doubt it's a requirement of the policy to notify the insurance company, but I would welcome a correction on that from anyone that knows otherwise.

I also don't believe submitting and collecting on a health insurance claim would affect future premiums. That's never been the case dealing with the US health care and insurance based system.

My advice to you mate is to advise your insurer just to be on the safe side. What you say is technically correct but how well have you read and understand the policy conditions ?

Para 2 - Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ?????????????????? maybe not in the US but elsewhere in the world, you need to know for definite.

That is not my experience. Some have been excluded from cover. I don't think it affected the cost of the insurance.

and that is also my experience.

If the diagnosis is correct about an infection on the brain and it's treatable with antibiotics hopefully, what would Eddy's costs be so far?

Brain scan and 3 days in ICU? I know the brain scan amounts to appx 10,000 baht so what about the ICU care?.

Would it be affordable without having to use his health insurance?

That said, another YT guy ( ndtvi) had visited him today and spent 7 hours at the hospital were Eddy is being cared for. Kudos to him for that.

My point is, when Eddy hopefully gets better, should he still tell his insurer about this or wait until the renewal of his policy and declare it then?

Possibly a big increase in his premiums I reckon. But needs must.

I posed this question to Bangkok Hospital Korat a few years ago and they replied ''ICU care is between 30-50K per night''

    It ain't cheap guys......
