Rugeley 10 mile today. Conditions were horrendous, cold and heavy rain all the way. Ran 2 minutes faster than last year so pleased with that. 3rd place in age group

I’m absolutely ecstatic to finally blag this stuffed roach from my dad. His uncle caught it sometime before the First World War where he was killed in action As far as I know it was caught from the River Tame close to West Bromwich but there’s no one still around to confirm that. A great bit of family history
