Yogurt and/or probiotics (comes in a pill) help the stomach to readjust. Took me over a year to get my gut back in balance. I credit the yogurt (the good stuff not the sweetened crap) more than anything to finally get straight.

It really comes down to asset protection. If you have little in property and investments than a lot of insurance is less necessary.

But..... one would still like to have a reasonable level of care regardless. So, if not holding insurance have some cash set aside that can supplement any periods in a hospital, and some money for decent after care. In Thailand this is much more doable, but you still have to plan for it.

Guys who don't do this get what they pay for.

Now.… someone who falls on hard times and suddenly has the rug pulled out from under them, I may have some sympathy for. I have seen this happen, most of them had the sense to pull themselves together and start building a new nest egg. For those who just f**k it off, well.... that's their choice.

This kind of stuff is fun, for those who are into it (not me).

But I have to say..... If used for negative or violent stuff it concerns me.

There is nothing that I was really afraid of during my 30 year career. Expect the unpredictable power and strength of a violent out of control mob.

I like motoring around in a quite peaceful lake, hitting different spots. Bobbing for some crappie, and having a line out for some perch or bluegill. While casting into the shadows for some bass. 

Then if on a bigger lake trolling for some stripper bass between spots. 

Sure do miss those days. Especially at the end of the day as the lake gets calm and the sun settles.
