I think KFC has some of the best coleslaw out there actually. The mashed potato's are nasty.

Most coleslaw is average. But sometimes you find a good one and you'll always go back for more. Same with potato salad. Mom made the best of both. Sadly she's still not around.

I used to hang about in the Wild West bar which was either side of the left hand entrance. Suzy and Crazys was a fixture of the place from the start to finish. The toilets were back there next to their bar. I remember standing next to a guy both of us slashing away when a gecko ran up his arm and in shock he pissed all over me. Not pleasant.
When the complex was shut down most of the bar owners opened up briefly in the equally illegal patch of swamp on the opposite side of Suk that eventually became Chuwit Gardens. But that is another story.
So, I'm not the only one. 🤪

Had some lovely sautéed garlic chicken livers in the Lebanese place in Central Festival last trip. Along with some hummus and bread. Makes for a lovely little meal, while looking out to the beach. Very tasty.

Of course when the Miss or other locals see me doing they pull a disgusted face, and think "bloody cannibals those white people.."
When I make an egg sani I beat the eggs, put on bread or toast with mayo/salt. Love em and easy.

Leftover pork chop and mac & cheese with applesauce. Followed by some pineapple and banana.

I've mentioned this before. Once had some potato salad at a Babydolls party, catered by The Big Kahuna. It was the best I've ever had. Not had it at their shop though, not sure if they are even still open.
