A friend managed to close an account at Bangkok Bank while stuck in Europe due to ill health. 

He sent me copy of Bank document via  Line with cashiers name, I went in and asked to see her, explained and she added her email address to my friends Line conversation on my phone. 

He just informed me that he has been able to close the account and transfer the funds back home. Probably took about 2 months in total. 

@Yesitisdakidwhat was the total time to the border please?

No,  not my pic. I do know that is foundation for a junction box.

  I have seen several posts that appear to have been jack hammered leaving an uneven stump. I'm not in pattaya at present so don't have evidence. 

It's great to remove the power poles but why do they leave a 4 inch stub of concrete with a bit of rebar sticking up to catch the unwary?

There is a variance between booths.  All taken around same time this morning.

I know that at the TT Exchange on Buakhou between Soi Diana and Soi LK, they check the electronic display behind you for the rate to use. It's not always the same as the rate in the window. No good complaining to Trading Standards here.
