Learnt to ride at 10 years old, so 45 years ago. Not always had bikes, probably around 25 to 30 years riding.

But now.... I'm working toward being med free (other than a tylenol every now and then). I'm half way there. Hopefully another month or two will be off the b.p. meds and the prilosec.

The Viagra I will hang onto a few of them though.

I try and treat everything with herbal medicine if possible.

Only prescription medicine I take is for my blood pressure and bipolar.

Saag is the best green poo I have ever tasted ...!!

It was a saag tofu which I added some mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Fills it out but with low calories.

Indian yesterday.

Been to the market again. Restricting Sally and me to half a cake a day so we don’t become a pair of fat bastards.😀

Vegan nuggets with potatoes and Sriracha sauce, and peas with onions, and herbs.

This was good on Disney.
