Had Beef in black bean sauce and rice tonight:- I've been telling @farangme we are not blessed with Chinese takeaways up near me, so i've resulted to you tube and I decided to cook my own... I can't believe how far it goes all in all two portions

Had a go at making Guacamole eaten too much and now its repeating on me...

Lamb tonight with mash and veg.. The lamb was from Aldi, you get two in a box kind of boil in the bag thing with the gravy and it was lovely.

Today delights are ribeye steak from the ASDA which is not bad at all for the price. I always fry onions when having steak and then i cook the steak as hot as possible. Then the onions, tomatoes and cheese is used to top the steak. It was lovely.

I bit of a clash of interest by having rock music and food... I wouldn't want to eat there with music thumping out.

Here's the latest on social media:- This saturday Oct 12th my Restaurant in Soi buakhao Food Factory has a grand opening! From 9-15 h we have a huge international&english Buffet. 5pm-8:30pm there will be a great international bufett and some Thai dishes a la carte. Everybody is very Welcome to come by

Here's today's delights:- Breakfast:- I have a cooked brekky everyday but today's was a plate full. Chicken en croute:- The Chicken en croute is lovely and made better with the potato and the salad.
