Either that or he is a secret homosexual.
Go to Chariots spa and sauna after, share body fluids.
Na, I think you'll find @Nightcrawler is the Liberace fan on here, @nampla69 can confirm.

It's 6.30 am in Wales. I'm off the the gym in half an hour to do 30 minutes on the treadmill before going to work.
Lots of people say they find treadmills very boring. I love the fact that I can keep up a pace of 10 kph for 30 minutes at 55 years old and enjoy an opportunity to listen to music at the same time. I feel great when I've finished and well set up for the day ahead in work.
I do find them boring to be honest, I do the classes now, boxfit, circuits and HIT.
Classes push you, and work all your body.
But to each their own, whatever works for you, there's no denying the benefits of the gym, both mentally and physically.

Hello all. I saw this forum advertised in the Stickman weekly column. Very much hope this forum can live up to its promise. I am a regular visitor to Thailand with plans to become an expat.
Welcome Ashley.
What area do you usually stay in Thailand?

Not a bar as such, but I miss the way LK Metro used to be, I don't like it now full of gogos and constant fecking mind numbing noise.

Haven't read anything in ages, to my shame.
Used to be a prolific reader.
Don't seem to have the time. Have to make time.

I preferred Base over VT6, just thought it was a horrible building inside, rooms were a bit bigger in VT6 though but we only really sleep there when just up for 1 night.
We wanted bigger, so the child could run about more. Though he our first time staying there.
We also booked Page 10, though that was direct with the hotel, for first couple of nights when we first arrive. Prefer hotel for that, after long flight etc.

The Base also, must have been about 30 people outside doing the same thing 😂
Aye, thought it would have been.
Rammed with people using Airbnb alright, loads of Chinese.
Rooms are 'compact', shall we say.
Using Airbnb for VT6 this coming January.

I used them at weekend for a condo in Pattaya. Had to fill in a TM30 at the security gate with the agent before getting in. Big signs all over the condo saying 1 day renting and Airbnb were illegal.
Where?
Had to do the same at The Base.
Aye, signs up everywhere, this was January. Not as many signs as people coming and going using Airbnb though

Na, just like to see the headlines.
I'm embarrassing by the state of UK Politicians and Politics currently.

Very common now, do you or anyone you know have it?
Do you know it is reversible, with a change of diet and exercise/losing weight?
Diet and exercise can help with so many things.
