Westerners are not the only ones taking a currency exchange bath...The Indian Rupee just hit a new all time low against the Baht yesterday... Expats moan about Indian food being expensive in Thailand....But Indian food must seem really really expensive here to Indians compared to what they pay in India for the same food.....

The biggest problem with quitting smoking is that there is a instant cure for nicotine withdrawal that is too easy available... Smoking another cigarette cures nicotine withdrawal instantly...lol Sure vaping can substitute for smoking 100% but before you know it your into the vaping gear arms race,to have the latest a greatest vaping gear around and same goes for the juice....Its endless really...lol The reason Thai vapors always seem to be blowing the mega clouds is because for some strange reason almost all the juice sold in Thailand now days is 3mg nic or 6mg nic which is very low,so you need the mega clouds to even get enough nic..........Before they use to sell juice 12mg 18mg 24mg so you only needed a little vape to get the nic you wanted....

You know the saying "I would walk a mile for Camel cigarette" Well the Cheap Charles on Soi Bukow moto is "I would walk a mile to save 5 baht"......

Sir alls you have to do is serve top quality meals for under 99 baht..And pay your employees top wages and then every one is happy......

Sitting on the beach is ok......A few times a year the stars line up just right Pattayas ocean looks just mildly unpleasant the rest of the year the water looks between very very bad and horrible....I do like Koh larn though...

I just went past a currency booth and the pound was going for 37.07......Man this is just shit......My new rates I am going to pay are ST 600 LT 1000 NO EXCEPTIONS..... And if the girls complain I will just break out the currency charts...lol

These bad exchange rates must be really putting the kabash on expats and tourists life styles....One point drop here and one point drop there again and again and soon your talking real money.... The Australian dollar finally cracked 20 and the Euro cracked 33...The Pound is just a quarter point away from cracking 36.... The Dollar seems to be weak but holding firm....

And its good to see a beer going for under 50 baht again...Many bars on Soi Bukow are taking the piss and charging 55 baht for a beer now...This is outrageous....15 years ago I was only paying 40 baht for a beer......

Any meals that cost above 99 baht scares the hell out of the gourmet dinners on Soi Bukow.....

Well if you dont mind getting mico chipped like a dog up to you.....But mass numbers of people dont plan to get chipped EVER no matter what, even if it hastens the end of their days here......

I hear you.....I went out to Koh larn one day alone...My money pouch got lost in the sea when I was swimming..I had 10 baht left on me and thats bloody it....I had to beg some Thai people for 20 baht to catch the ferry back...Let me tell you I felt lower than slug shit begging for 20 baht.... I could not even afford 10 baht for the baht bus home or even a small bottle of water from 7-11....Man that was the pits.....

Your thinking is correct as far as how things are in the present.... But The people at the very top are not messing around and they play for keeps and they plan looong term....It would be almost unthinkable that a surveillance state would not be keeping complete records on all purchases..... The media gushes constantly about how wonderful going cashless will be....They keep moving this forward one day one inch at a time....

Well if you dont mind loosing your freedom I guess it should not concern you at all....

You dont have to be a rocket scientist to see if there is no cash there will be a record of each and every purchase you make your entire life.....If this fact does not concern some one they had better check to see if they even have a pulse... The implications are staggering.... Maybe the new social czars will decide you have been drinking to much beer so for the next year your card only can buy one beer a day any where in the world as punishment.... Need I go on....
