  1. I have been so tired after last week Four doctor's appointments (Hepatologist, Gastroenterologist, Physiatrist and Urologist) Not a record. A couple of weeks I saw 10 different doctors in eight days (two ER visits; Paracentesis gone wrong and Urinal Catheter two big). Life is not dull around here. The colonoscopy and upper endoscopy consultation was because my colon had a polyp too large to remove conventionally, a pre-cancer close to where The intestine/stomach, pancreas and gall bladder meets. I cannot have surgery as I might bleed to death. The next colonoscopy will be 4-hours under and the second (upper endoscopy) will be the same duration, but followed by 1-2 days admission. I am currently scheduled for seven surgeries, where a live transplant must come first. Enough of my "shit", but to mention that I have detailed my journey on the red-dot forum and might continue it here.
  2. I am at the ass-whole doctor I will try when I get home
  3. Watermarks can be removed. Most often it takes less than a minute and the software can be downloaded for free. The one I use is called InPaint. I have used it to remove watermarks off my own pictures where the information at changed. I have also removes large secrets emblems from shirts and well nudity is not allowed you can remove nipples and pussies in a matter of as little as two clicks and and the privates want to be changed two skin color.
  4. Tastes much better than ham. PLUS A ham version is a ham version is about 2,000mg sodium (83%DV), yes about all the sodium for a full day on a normal diet ... and three times what I am allowed in a day. My home-made smoked salmon is about 300mg (8%DV) when making my own hollandaise sauce from scratch.
  5. Pork T-Bone with creamy mushrooms (Est. 90mg Sodium / 4%DV; 40g Protein / 80%DV)
  6. I was scheduled to fly out was scheduled on the first day of closure. I has happy with that AND the Thai government paid me 18,000 baht. My hotel bill was 7,000 baht for the period (PBR), leaving enough for a free Soi 6 hour and free 1-hour Thai massage EVERY day. Thanks Thai government.
  7. I believe that users on-line is tied to the time set for automatic slog-off, if one does not manually log-off. Setting it to 30 minutes will yield a very different result compared having it set at 6 hours.
  8. Wouldn't it be nice if it was that simple ... like pressing a button and problem solved. Just kidding about the button, but reality is diets are more complex than just take this or don't take that. A classic example is when someone needs to lose weight they resort to fewer, if not minimal, calories and the problem will be solved. Never mind vitamins, essential fatty acids (can only come from food, not supplements), protein, minerals. Also many diet foods are high in sodium. We all have different dietary needs, if not all out requirements and in conditions. I am on a very strict low sodium diet and should aim to 25% normal DV. My protein tests show of normal minimum. Many of these "healthy" protein supplements have less protein and/or more sodium than expected. My doctor said to stay away from bottled health/protein beverages and some powders are even worse. There are indeed good ones of both kinds, but the Gastroenterologist said the best he has found that also taste was wall greens powder which as 4%DV protein and only 100mg sodium which I mix with milk and pour on a bowl of granola. Total sodium 210mg and 90%DV Protein. Add two eggs and the total comes to 300mg sodium and 115%DV protein. A simple hamburger (Atkins burger) and a potato adds 110mg Sodium and 150%DV Protein. All together lots of Protein and a bit more than 1/2 my personal allowance ... I think I have a winning combination, where some prepackaged protein supplements would be quite bad
  9. Thank you NamPla for the pictures of Robbie and as promised I have added them and while all pictures are added in random sequence, his are not. They are the first and last pictures in the sequence. THX. As I mentioned earlier I wanted to re-encode anyway, because the first to not work well, with the video scaled down more so than more than 50% of the screen space was just black. Turns out there are compatibility issues between older Adobe Premiere and today's YouTube using HDV, so I changed it to DV mode. Also I did not like my use of framed pictures of the girls during the chorus, so that was changed to a better (IMO) blending. Before and after examples: Here Ya go, no more edits :)
  10. Stuffed bell peppers. Spicy and loaded with garlic
  11. GI pain is among the worst. In the US doctors like you to describe you pain in numbers 1-10. One time in ER (recently) with a 10, I was thinking about how many time I had experienced a 10 in my life. I came up with four and two gas GI, both hurt every bit as much as wine I accidentally sanded off 2 and 3 mm of two fingers. The first episode started in an airline lounge where I drank 6 cans of tomato just in a bit over 1/2 an hour. During the flight from DTW to ATL the pain hit 8's and 9's in waves. A pilot came to my seat and asked if "we" needed to land this plane, I said "NO, it happens all the time". Truth was that I had all the company's convention material in my luggage and if I did not make the LAX flight the company could kiss the biggest convention of the year goodbye. Made it to ATL and had two hours layover I spent in the Delta lounge four people (incl. a doctor) asked if they should call 911 when I was in a fetal position on a couch. My story did not change, but I hand planed to over Alabama, then declare an emergency. Just as I was leaving the lounge I could feel lots of stomach action, dropper my suit case and brief case and ran to the bathroom an I got there in nick if time and up came 2 liters of tomato juice and some water. My pain level went from 10 to 3 in 30 seconds. The second time was a couple of months ago I had a big dinner and my intestine popped out of my umbilical in the stomach wall and after one hour of trying to "stuff" it back in it was ER time where they were about to give me morphine and prepare for surgery when it finally got put in. YES GI pain is nothing to sneeze at and I hope you will be seeing a gastroenterologist who will diagnose you expediently and have a fix, truth of the matter is that the list of possibilities are very long from as minor as bacterial to volvulus. GOOD LUCK my friend.
  12. My doctor said I eat too much vegies and fruit ... I got to leave some room for proteins. Last appointment he how I was doing on protein consumption. My first answer was what time is it; he said 1PM to which I replied that I have not had lunch yet and so was at 114%DV and with planned dinner I had calculated that I would end at 300%DV (without lunch) so fruit for lunch should be justified ... he agreed. I have to have my fruits or will go nuts (pun). Sunday I shopped for a weekly supply of fruits: 15 oranges an dozen large apples, 10 pairs, lots of Thai chili, a pine apple, plus more. Speaking of nuts Brazil nuts (my favorite) is 10%DV for 4 nuts (no sodium, no cholesterol, but high in "good" fat). That is my story and I will stick to it.
  13. Pork in spicy and creamy mushroom sauce (4 crushed Thai Chili pepper)
  14. Robbie was an amazing guy. YouTube does not allow editing other than trimming ends. I want to redo the video anyway as it did not render correctly (used images too large for the codex) and 7Rob7 will be there. If others have pictured of him, please submit. Without deleting "anybody" I can insert two pictures and not alter the template. I will still have to re-crop all images from 16:9 to 3:2 which means randomize all pics again, so not will be in the same order (except for chorus), but who cares. I would love to fit in 2 or 3 pictures where he appears. Also if anyone have ST4ME or Hilly, I will use them (so long as they are not thumb nails. The cropped image will look like this in the video
  15. I think it is harder for the healthy to talk about death than it is for the diagnosed. I know that the story I have told and likely will continue has resulted in a lot of awareness, some have had blood tests as a result and a friend was diagnosed with reduced liver function, but not cirrhosis ... just enough that he received a stern warning from the doctor. I have made a few decisions. 1. Prove all the doctors wrong 2. Do what I can to increase awareness of risks 3. Make the best use of the time I still have. The latter has cause me to take greater interest in things I did little of before. Some examples are cooking (cannot trust anything prepackaged), listen to lots of music and now also making simple videos. I hope to gain a lot of pictures from as many people as possible of girls around Thailand, crop & reformat them all the randomize the all. If 100 pictures is what it takes for one video then 1,000 could make 10 volumes. I have 500 of my own already.
  16. Thank you all. This one is a slideshow with music of pictures in this thread. It is titled Goodbye (read AMF) from 247 Later I plan a series consisting of as many volumes as possible, but with pictures from throughout LOS and limit Secrets to m=no more than 10%.
  17. Extended version Music play near normal speed and images rotate slower than 1/3 speed (38 frames per image as opposed to 12)
  18. I do recall. I was told the rest of my life ... I looked at the doctor after that announcement and replied in an upbeat tone: "Cool. so only 3-6 months" Even doctors have a hard time with dark humor like that ☺
  19. Received some like comments on Secrets. Some even suggested 25% Speed. 25 and 50% makes the music intolerable, even 75% is pretty bad. Initially this was not intended as a photo album or slideshow, but rather a series of flash backs. I was playing around with sound track speed this evening and IMO 90% is doable, but not great. At 95% you will not know the difference, however neither 90% not 95% adds sufficient frames to make a difference. I manages to splice three of the same song in succession, by cutting out the first sequence lead-out and the lead-in for the third and both for the second. A rough calculation will give me 3.1x frames for pictures and but using the same set each picture should go from 12 frames 38 frames per image 1.25 second as opposed to 0.4 seconds. It is late here and I need to empty my piss bag and get some sleep. The sun will rise tomorrow (I hope).
  20. I am also on a low sugar diet limit to 50% DV. Three doctors have told me not to include natural sugar as found in fruits, but to be very mindful of refined/added sugar. I guess none knew how my fruit I eat :)
  21. Another mixed fruit breakfast The say an apple a day keeps the doctor away. I can contest that this is not the case ,,, by a long shot, I had a doctor tell me that I need to cut down in fruits and in particular vegetables and leave more room for beef, chicken, pork, fish, potato, eggs, etc. My protein level is on 1/2 if normal.
  22. Final Goodbye to Secrets Forum. I made my final post ... I think :) Welcome to Thailand-247.
