It came with it. That's the small mixed plate, 295Baht, chicken, ham, pork, and beef. I think you can add lamb for 50Baht, or their all you can eat is 495Baht. The small plate was really all I could eat.

When I was around 10yo my grandparents took me to a "Sons of Hermann" (German-American) picnic. Among the many food offerings they had a giant truck full of fresh picked sweet corn. A couple teenage guys were shucking the ears and tossing them in some huge pots where the women boiled buttered and salted them. They sold for 5 cents each. My grandfather gave me $2 worth of tickets. Later that night I found out it tastes a lot better going in.
