Ah, the old spiraliser -- sure I have one of them in a cupboard somewhere, along with a bread maker, pie maker, pannini press and God only knows what else that havn't seen the light of day in yonks!

Last time I used one was at my wedding to my first wife at the registrar office. I believe that it is (or was) a legal requirement in Scotland to sign your life away--(and your house car pensions etc) in "free flowing ink" when you were married.

Aye, I think that we can all agree to disagree at times, and we all have differing opinions, but when it comes to books it is nice to get recommendations and look at different genres that you would not normally read. Trying to change my diet to a more healthy regime, and am eating a lot more fruit, so I suppose that helps a little. Still like the occasional fry up though. Weight is consistent (consistently over) Took a bit of a battering mentally when a mate commited suicide recently, but thankfully have a good support of family and friends. Booze -- I think in the last two weeks there has been about 3 days where I have had a few cans. That is despite a bm recently try to imply I was some sort of functioning alcoholic. Trying to exercise and get out walking more, but the weather here in Aberdeen will not co-operate. Looking forward to normality.

Looks really good --How much was all that (if you don't mind me asking) as I got a phone call from my grandaughter last night and got stung for a Dominos. For a pepperoni pizza, chicken dippers and cookies I was £21. Thieving bstards.

I see Boris has backed Dominic Cummings after his 2- 500 mile round trips during lockdown. One law for that shower of bastards and another for the rest of us. We are all being taken for mugs. Why should we comply with anything they corrupt feckers come out with now ?? Piers Morgan has already come out and stated he will deliberately flout lockdown and travel to see his parents if Cummings is not sacked, and I think that a lot more people will come to the same conclusion.

I am pretty sure these are not road (or pavement ) legal. Seen them in Spain running in bike lanes.This would be a good idea in these present times

What do you class as "scooters" Is that like a vespa or the little electric engine things ? As far as I am aware the electric scooters are illegal here ?

I see on BBC that Shearings, one of the biggest coach holiday providers in the UK, has went tits up with 2500 jobs lost and over 64,000 bookings gone. Also Hertz car rental has filed for bankruptcy. How many more business's are going to go bust before this ends?

While that is a well thought out and relevant post, my reply was to the poster who is continually trying to attack me. I still stand by my belief that this lockdown should now be lifted as soon as possible. We all have differing opinions, but personal attacks should not come into it.
