Just got home from work. Going to do a load of laundry and have a bit to eat.

Purgatory had over 300 inches of snow this winter. With Wolfcreek getting over 400 inches. It was a great winter. But this was the first really good winter that we've had in over 10 years. Wolfcreek, which is 50 miles East of us, always has the most snow in the state of Colorado.

From the cabin you can just see the tops of the codos at the base of Purgatory. The tops of the condos are just to the left of center. Pretty much where that lone tree intersects the base of the 2 slopes.

Spud mountain to the right. and Engineer mountain straight ahead with Purgatory just around the hill to the left.

Purgatory Ski Area is about 15 north. But from the cabin it's only a mile
