  1. That was the year that there were a number of vehicles completely submerged in the Max Central condo, it's just back from 3rd. road, a little in front of 9 Karat and Nirun Condos on Soi Arunothai.
  2. Apple cake looks good, but the rum looks better.................🤪
  3. Mr. Dangleman, i have a small pressure washer here, and you are welcome to make use of it mate if you wish. I live near highway 36 and the railway road, i'll even bring it to you, well once the Mrs. returns from her work, as she took the car today. Just PM me with your address and phone number and i'll give you a call to arrange it if needed. Regards Steve.
  4. Went for my morning walk today, the rain had abated to just a light shower, and noticed these drums sat on the side of the railway road. Now i know Pattaya has a somewhat rosy reputation, but to need lube supplied in 205ltr drums could only be for somewhere in Soi 6 !!!!
  5. Very sorry to hear of your situation mate. Hopefully you rent and not own, and whichever it is that there is insurance in place. I wish you all the best and that you do not lose to much gear.....
  6. A great design, and quite realistic too......
  7. Some amusing pic's from a pub i used to frequent back in my UK days. I particularly like the the one on the red wall.....
  8. Best you lay on a towel then, will save any stains on the mattress.....
  9. You naughty boy, the thought would never cross my mind...............55555
  10. Possibly so, but it still looks bloody good, i like my soups thick with noticeable bits of whatever in. A nice slab of butter to go with the crusty bread, possibly the odd beer or five too, happy days..........
  11. Has she spilt half of the soup, or maybe the bowl is the size of a bathtub ???
  12. This is an interesting place to visit if you ever happen to be in Vientiane Laos. I fortunately have no experience of war, but i expect it must of been a very lucky shot to down a plane or helicopter with a rifle ?? I suspect there is a bit of communist exaggeration involved.....
  13. A fond memory of a motorbike trip early this year, i stopped off for a night in Nakhon Phanom, which is quite a sleepy town on the side of the mighty Mekong river. Across the road from my room was a Thai style restaurant, and although i was not hungry i did enjoy a slurp of Singha whilst sitting out the front watching the world pass by......
  14. Again, showing signs of age, but still fine for working / lazing / drinking in. All things motorcycle are good, but as for bacon, it's the food of the Gods.......
  15. Another one of mine, showing signs of age now, much like it's owner !!!
  16. Correct Camp', had to put my phone camera on the darkest setting to see it.
  17. Never seen that one before (much)....... But for sure it will always be a classic.
  18. I'm hazarding a guess that it's not Soi 6 ??
  19. That's a good one, "precision guess work", that's brilliant...
  20. Your not alone there mate, i adore corned beef, with mustard too, good English stuff which has a bit of wallop to it, not the French's brand type which you could use as eyewash !!
  21. Another one in my wardrobe...
