Thank you for this...... Out of all the posts about MIT, we FINALLY get a lady drink and bar fine price.......I would have taken one for the team to find out the price....One of these days..... That it has taken so long to get prices, shows people are not very interested in new MIT.....I think the first night Pin-Up opened people were posting prices...

If you can't find a replacement HEPA filter then don't buy ....You will have to replace the HEPA filter in time...

I forgot to say 90,000 baht a month pay divided by 2,000 baht a month pay is 45.....Or 45 months which = 3.75 years..... So it would have taken 3.75 years for a beer bar girl from 11-12 years ago earning 2,000 baht a month to earn 90,000 baht in salary....

Beer Bars do just fine as long as the rents are cheap enough.... And the girls know their GoGo days are long gone along with GoGo pay... I used to see (a while back) signs on beer bars that said hiring girls 2,000, 2,500 a month.....Many beer bars 10-15 years ago had VERY low overhead... And the walking street GoGos are now offering girls up to 90,000 baht a month....lol

Here is my air cleaner....,, #1 Is the main unit.. #2 is the HEPA filter #3 Is the Carbon filter #4 is the air intake filter # 3 and 4 need to be cleaned when they get dirty...Maybe every 30-45 days... #2 The HEPA filter can't be cleaned very well..( I have tried a few times) Now I just replace the HEPA filter every 6-9 months.... The HEPA filter replacement for my unit only costs 275 baht so no big deal.. Lazada or Shopee should have new filters you can buy for your units....

Soi Bukow must just drive bureaucrats nuts because they have not been able to do anything there....

The more I think about Soi Bukow having ZERO sidewalks the worse the idea of having free-flowing traffic seems... All the walkers are currently protected by the slow-moving traffic..... And without a 2 way, there will be a whole lot more walkers....

Soi Bukow works just the way it is....Its one big problem is the Soi Diana intersection....That intersection is in bad need of traffic lights.... The one way makes big losers out of businesses and apartments depending on their location....

You must be talking about the Beach Road walkway redo or removing the neon signs from walking street or or or etc...

I have bought a number of stupid things in my day....But my air purifier is one of the best things I ever bought.....Clean air in my condo 24/7....... Don't worry about electric usage......Even on high these units use very little electricity... I think a filter change every 6-9 months is about right....But my unit is always catching stuff in the air from cooking so my filter time may be shorter than let's say a unit in a bedroom... Any ways I hope they work well for you....

Early morning noise is not much of a problem but the late night noise can be ...

Also just because a guy is sitting in a bar that does not mean he is showering the bar with money.... Take a baht bus down Soi Bukow in the late afternoon.......Simply loads of older guys sitting alone in a beer bar nursing a Chang or Leo beer.... I am talking about every bar on the street, every day of the year... The bars are 15-20-30 baht richer after some of these guys finish their one beer....

When your most prized asset ( the girls) can walk out of the bar and have a new job in 5 minutes.....Tough business......And if your Green....Extra Tough..

Who the heck gets 500 baht hair cuts, at these fancy barbers? I have only gone to that old-time barber across from R-Con on Soi Bukow.....The price was 80 baht since about the time of the first mobile phone. But I think they just raised the price to 100 baht... Good hair cuts too..
