    I managed to get my sorry ass out of bed and cook a nice omelette for brunch. Now I have the task of finding the best deal for my car insurance which expires soon.

    Long day travelling home from Ross on Wye, feet up with a nice bottle of red.

    Open end feeder using a ground bait plug to trap pellets inside. Then a pellet or boilie on a 3 feet hook link. Bites are viscious and they fight hard in the current.

    This is my first trip after barbel. I usually target big carp here and abroad. Well happy to have caught this one at 9lb plus.
