Just done my laundry,went to Sainsburys earlier for food for work for the week plus beers.Drinking a Stella and flicking between forums and The Sunday Times.Had a chicken salad sandwich and a mince pie for lunch.😀

Getting old like us all mate.In my younger days i was out 7 days a week,either with mates or girls,on bikes/cars,clubbing etc.,always doing something.Home was only for sleeping. I'm just catching up on Netflix as have been slacking last couple of days,and having a few tins. Remember when i would be getting ready now to head out to see mates then off to a rave. Getting old is crap.😀

Can't beat Graeme Souness for Southampton signing Ali Dia on the strength of a phone call from someone pretending to be George Weah.Put him on as a sub then never played for them again.Turned out he was a former non league player not the Senegalese international he claimed to be.😀

Queensryche Unplugged. Saw singer Geoff Tate live back in May at Camden Underworld with his post Queensryche band.They played the Operation Mindcrime album from start to finish as it was the 30th anniversary of its release.Brilliant concept album.Seeing him again at the same venue on 1st December.

Had a load of old picture disc singles and albums too.Reckon some would be worth a few quid now like Iron Maiden's 'Number Of The Beast' LP for example.

Love the old gatefold LP's with all the great artwork and pics,lyric sheet inside.I think downloads are why music has become throwaway to youngsters as they don't get that connection through having the physical album in your hands.

Yeah,most people don't wanna buy music so the only way they can make money is concerts and merchandise.I'm old school and still buy CD's as i think the artist deserves to be paid for their work.Would be like us not getting paid at work at the end of the week.

Playing Twickenham as well but i ain't paying that sort of dough.Great band but some prices are silly.Marillion played the Reading Hexagon by me earlier this year,not a big venue,but tickets still sold out at £75!.

Rush are one of my favourite bands,was gutted to here they have packed in touring.

This is one of my favourite tracks ever. Guitar solo at the end is just the best ever.

Big fan of Sleep Token,saw them live a few months back at Camden Electric Ballroom.Only had 3 EP's out so far,so waiting for the debut album.

Tickets go on sale this week for Metallica at Etihad Manchester stadium and Twickenham rugby ground.Not sure of prices but gonna be top dollar no doubt.Got Ghost supporting them who i like a lot.Though many will probably get snapped up by people looking to resell for silly money.

I saw a great Thin Lizzy tribute band called Limehouse Lizzy earlier this year.There are some really good ones about.

Went to the Kentish Town Forum friday before last to see some rock bands.Headliners were The Quireboys and also on were Swedish band H.E.A.T.,Aaron Buchanan And The Cult Classics,and Those Damn Crows.Really good night. Got a few more lined up as have tickets for Level 42,Godsmack,Geoff Tate and Doro over the next few months.Can't beat a good live gig.

Getting pissed and watching Youtube music videos and surfing the forums. Watched the 3 MotoGP races earlier,mate at work gave me his BT Sport log in last year so i get to watch it for free.😀
