Yes. They locked down very early. Closed their borders early, too. I have a friend in Saigon. Her job was made "remote" early in March & still is. Health care is decent in Vietnam (not on the level of TH, though). Accessible to all. Vietnamese people know how to work together. Gov't acts without "push back." One party, one rule.
