  1. I’d be limping home or in a ditch by 3pm probably 🥴

    Yep, great game 👍
  3. Not sure how you cooked it, but if you had a paste sometimes the best option is to stir fry it to keep the flavour and not add much if any liquid. I’m shit at adding coconut/liquid and adjusting from there. Easy for western food for me but I just can’t do it with Thai curry’s. If I go to an unknown Thai restaurant I mostly just ask for stir fried curry paste version instead of curry proper as I know the flavour will probably still be there. Thats said I’m no expert, but I have Kapow nailed by trial and a few adjustments!
  4. Looks a bit watery mate. Bet the flavour wasn’t too intense?

KKR making a good fist of the reply. You’d have thought 217 was likely out of reach but they are doing well so far…..

Buttler miles ahead of everyone else in the IPL so far for runs. We like to have a moan about test cricket but I really get a lot of pleasure seeing Buttler, Livingstone et al tearing it up in this format. On my bucket list to go to India to see IPL, mostly support Rajasthan Royals as they had a good core of English lads until this year. Also got an eye on Pubjab this year for Bairstow/Livingstone. Really hope I can manage to get out there in the next 2/3 years and see this current crop of lads and hopefully Stokes is back in the frame in the next year or two as well.
  7. Always laugh when you get those weird big beans with breakfasts in Thailand. They taste ok ish but not quite the same as Heinz…..not having the snide wannabe branston ones 😝
  8. I’m not even sure I’d include these where machinery is a big factor as a proper ‘sport’ in the true sense of the word. e.g. F1 is very often the bloke with the best car that wins.
  9. Not cycling for sure, yes an enormous amount of power and/or endurance is needed but anyone can ride a bike. Most people can’t even do the basics of sports like gymnastics.
  10. That’s played in a few different places. I played in this one a few years back, one of my best mates lives here and I’m not far away.

Not sure Stoksey would want it either given the break he needed for mental health reasons. They could go for a short term appointment like Broad until another obvious candidate emerges.
  12. I don’t really care too much about Boris, but the Tories will will the next election mostly because Labour are unless inept fks that can’t win elections 🤣 Firstly they were stupid enough to have Corbyn that looked like he was dragged from a homeless shelter. Their current leader has the personality of a plank of wood. The last time Labour got elected was because they basically had a closet tory as their leader in Bliar. Gonna be a long painful ride for anyone that wants to see anything other than a tory government 🤣🤣🤣
  13. You’re American aren’t you, why do you even give a fk?
  14. Can’t wait till Boris/next leader smashes the next election, you’ll have another 5 years of crying about it 🤣🤣🤣
  15. I would be crowing too hard, it doesn’t change what I said, she didn’t break any laws. It’s is as said on the headline, she has chosen to voluntarily pay up for the sake of her husband.
  16. More details coming out beyond the initial clickbait. Seems Sunak had a US green card until recently and was paying some taxes over there on his earnings, also his wife will pay more in taxes here but more details to be released. Doesn’t sound like any laws have been broken though.
  17. Not really true. Indians can’t have dual nationality, so if she wanted to retain Indian nationality and her passport then non dom was her option if she thought she may go back to india at some point. It may be she simply thinks she would prefer to pay tax where money is earned i.e uk earning in the UK and Indian earning in India. This is not much more than a political football for those that don’t like the tories.
  18. Sunak has just done an interview saying she has paid all uk tax on uk earnings. She has also paid tax on all her earnings in India. I doubt he’d be making that statement if it wasn’t true as he knows the papers will go digging. So it sounds like she has done nothing wrong.
  19. I used to play junior county squash and was a decent club player as an adult as well 🤗
  20. I’d hold your horses for full facts before claims of tax dodging. She has paid tax on uk earnings, it may well be that she has paid tax in other countries like India where it was earned, the full facts need to be established. It’s currently all a bit clickbaity and being used as a political tool. As for Sunak himself, people are quick to forget that he pushed for and approved the biggest ever peacetime intervention in the jobs market in the form of the furlough scheme. So he can be forgiven for keeping an eye on the public purse strings unlike the magic money tree Labour seem to think they would have if they got into power.
  21. Not entirely true, you will have already paid tax on earnings before you put it into this type of account.
  22. Having played a lot of them and having one of my degrees in sports science I’d go for gymnastics, even mastering the basics in some of the events is insanely difficult.
