the single biggest issue is the battery. over a short period, just lke your phone, it become less and less druable and needs rechargin more often until it dies. the replacement price is high WORSE, if they catch fire, which they do, it is virtually impossible for a fire brigade to douse them unless they have the ideal and rare equipment. in a parking area, as an example, or a ferry a single fire would torch the lot but there is good news finally H2 is beng developed as the real next gen. and it runs in a standard engine design. will actually be cheaper and more reliable and less damage done ahem, so I am told

naah, i thin G Maps is pretty well known our biggerst issue is that the lower levels are visible to the public, and so we have to moderate that . other levels are not and as the cut and paste p takers have melted away, we dont seem to get too many issues there. the politics threads are almost a free for all, which they were intended to be, to devoid the other levels of politics. that was Lanza's idea. It seems to have worked 🙂

of all the cars I had, the best and scariest was the 928. originally designed to replace the 911, but didnt, it was like having two engines running on the same crankshaft. quite simpe the acceleration was amazing and, luckily, so was the first class braking system and 1 to 1 steering. my thrill was to have a vw gti wanker behind me as approaching the end of a speed zone, they would always be trying to nip by, but then as I left the zone, flooring the thing and leaving them behind. braking wa samazing it was like a fair ride. no wobble, just perfect and ultra even stopping. I sold it ( twice as one chap sold it back to me) and was best rid of it as otherwise I would probably have killed meself, or ost my licence. there was a devil of an issue when Phil died. blood family resented, some claiming they should even get the house. but I think Puang sold and moved on to stabilise here and Thomas's life she is on FB and reguarly so maybe contact her there to get back together again. she appears to be doing very well. she, her elder son and THomas are thriving. Phil would have been proud
