    Well I am just getting up, jumped on the scales and I am only 12 stone 11 lbs, that is a full 2 stone less than I was in May. This work thing has it's effects.

    Well Chris I am drinking this nice Latvian beer from the shop you found. It is a very nice dark ale similar to a pumped ale.

    Pretty sure this place has been open for a year or more, I was there with Porn at least 9 months ago.

    Well I am just having tea in bed, will then put the washing on. It is then a question of going shopping to look for a wardrobe or walking a couple of miles on the tow path of the Grand Union canal. Think it will be the Grand Union, the wardrobe can be bought online.

    I may just try it out on Monday, need to be in Hounslow on my way to West Mid Hospital.

    The whole area will have changed but if you like different foods Hounslow may just whet your appetite. Even has a Turkish restaurant now..............and if you like Indian, well it is well represented.

    I knew of Polish shops but Ukrainian and Russian, that is a find.

    Got a chest X-ray on Monday. Pretty sure I am just suffering sinusitis which a good dose of anti-biotics will cure, the weight loss, well i am working very hard for an old codger.

    It is lovely, only 4 percent but quite a session drink I think. Thing is I can't do sessions anymore...............

    What worries me is that I am eating Wagon Wheels, fish and chips, pies, chocolate chip cookies, occasional beer and wine and other snacks and yet I am losing weight.
