Had a rummage around my freezer yesterday and came across these fillet steaks. Cooked off with a sweet chilli marmalade, chips, cocktail sausage with a fried egg and marrowfat peas. Feckin lovely if I say so myself.

Drove up the A9 on Friday, reminded me of this.

I bought a couple of minix boxes from Phil a few years ago when I was staying in the Diana Estate in Pattaya. Just had it finally give up on me a couple of months back. I bought an M8S Pro to replace it, and so far it is working great for my needs. I will check out the links that Phil has posted, as I am very confident in his ability with these devices. Cheers.
